Regular Norwegian food Beef-Slices

Ingredients:
600g Beef meat in Dices (Cubes)
(200g Fresh Mushroom)
(1 Onion)
(1 Red Pepper)
2 Spoons of oil for bake
A half teaspoon of Salt
A quart teaspoon of pepper
1 bag of béarnaise Sauce
 Cut the mushroom and onion in pieces, red pepper in slices.
Then fry the onion and mushroom. Put the red pepper and beef meat in the pan. Put salt and pepper over it. Let it roast for 2 minutes until the meat is well done.
Make the sauce after the recipe on the Sauce package. Serve it with rise, chips or boat potatoes. (The Potatoes are formed like boats)

 

Rissole in brown sauce
(meatballs in gravy)

Ingredients:
250g. meat farce (minced meat)
1/2 teaspoon  salt
1/5 teaspoon pepper
1/10 teaspoon ginger
1/10  nutmeg
1 tablespoon potato flour (corn flour)
1-1 1/2 dl milk
1 tablespoon soft margarine
·      Stir the meat farce well with salt, spices and potato flour
·      Add the milk, a little by little, stir well in between
·      Use a spoon dipped in cold water, make round balls
·      Fry the meat ball nicely on both sides, in a frying pan with a little margarine

Brownsauce: (Gravy)
1 tablespoon  soft margarine
2 tablespoon  white flour.
3-4 dl water
1 buillion cube
1/10 teaspoon pepper   
·      Heat the margarine in a pan, until it is light brown
·     Add the flour, stir well until it is nut brown
·     Take the pan away from the heat, add half of the water, stir well
·     Add the rest of the water and the buillion cube
·     Let the sauce boil and add pepper
Let the meat balls boil in the sauce for ten minutes,
Serve with potatoes and cabbage stew
